SuperSibs! Journals

SuperSibs! journals come in engaging and attractive age-appropriate versions (young children and teens) in which the sibling may choose to record their thoughts, fears, questions, concerns, hopes and dreams with words or pictures.

It is our hope that this personal journal will become a “friend” to help each sibling think about what’s on their mind.

SuperSibs! also encourages journal recipients to talk with someone close to them and maybe even work together to complete some of the pages.

Here’s what SuperSibs! have told us:
“For all the other SuperSibs! out there, I would encourage them to cherish every day and never loose hope. I also kept a journal and would urge others to do the same.”
-Lucy S.
“Remember all the friends and family that are there to help and support you. They will always be ready to listen and provide comfort. If it’s one of those days you don’t want to talk to anyone, a journal will give you the same satisfaction. As long as you choose to let out some of your emotions, either solution works. Closed up thoughts and emotions multiply and cause more unnecessary fear and loneliness.”
-Ellen K.
