SuperSibs! Programs & Services
Outreach and Education
SuperSibs!’ Outreach and Education services include communication and education to professionals in the pediatric oncology community (conference presentations and exhibits, creating support materials, providing hospital program support), family support (providing information and resources to families who call in for support or to refer children into our program) and providing tips and information to professional organizations’ publications.
SuperSibs! Outreach and Education efforts are vital to ensure that the children and families affected by pediatric cancer are made aware of our program and understand that siblings need healing support throughout the pediatric cancer journey, too. As well, our Outreach allows us to be exponentially effective by informing and equipping hospital, camps and pediatric oncology organization professionals to be providing “front line” integrated support.
